Most Wearable Fashion Trends for Spring 2013 – Part Two

Would you be surprised to find that leather is part of the Spring trend? I was. But then there are so many new options for leather and it is soft, buttery, and even drapy these days. Check it out:

Trend # 5: leather for spring

This is a “vegan” faux leather shift and a Rachel Zoe style pick from Piperlime. Most women can wear this shape beautifully.

Color block and leather, this is so wearable. It’s from Reem Acra 2013

I dislike the name of this site but it does make you look. This is the perfect spring dress with faux leather straps. So freakin’ cute!

Linen and leather...genius!

Remember not to be literal with these trends. Just wearing leather details on a jacket or dress will freshen your look.

Now that is a nice way to add the cutout detail to an everyday, everygirl look.

This cutout Oxford is so versatile and it comes in these colors: chestnut, coral, nude, and sea foam. This is a must see and so affordable.

Trend #7 Beaded clothes and accessories:

I blogged a week ago about the statement necklace. Here it’s reinterpreted with chains and beading. You can rock a dress or a t-shirt with this current collar necklace. Works great with the crew style neckline.

Zara has this delightful sheer shirt with beading in the collar. Put a nude tank underneath and this shirt can work with any kind of pant or skirt.

Trend #8 flats and Low Heels:

Macy’s darling two tones flats with a studded heel. If you wondered whether the studded shoe might work, try these.

There you have it. You probably have some of these in your closet now so pull them about and give them a do-over. If not click any image for  the original source. Take your phone shopping with you and see how many trends you can spot or add to your own closet. I’m watching Bobbie Thomas right now on the Today Show preview these very trends!
